Capable of working shifts.
Experience in compound stock control is essential.

SITE MANAGER
Description
We are expanding our Cleaning Services and are looking for a qualified and knowledgeable Site Manager to join the Ecowize Group.
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate all on-site operational functions.
Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility in accordance with customer specifications.
Complete inspections, micros, audits, and client feedback using information gathered on-site.
Managing site finances and man-hours according to shift schedule.
Responsible for personnel management and HR-related issues.
Staff coaching and mentorship, as well as skill development.
Drive Occupational Health and Safety and create improvements to the process.
Ensure that internal audits are performed on a daily basis.
Close any raised non-conformance of micros that are out of specification and follow up on NCR’s.
Customers must be contacted on a daily basis.
As needed, assist with recruitment for the region.
Assist in the coordination of training interventions on-site.
Requirements
Requirements for the Position:
Qualification in Grade 12 Management or Food Technology (advantageous).
Experience in the FMCG or cleaning industries is required.
Experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations is required.
Working knowledge of a hygiene quality management system is advantageous.
Owning reliable transportation and being willing to go are required.
Excellent mastery of the English language.
Administrative skills of the highest calibre are necessary.
Be willing to work at numerous locations as needed on short notice.
