Position Description
Nando’s is looking for a General Assistant to join their wonderful team in South Africa.
Minimum Standards
NQF Level 4 or equivalent matriculation
Responsibilities and Duties
To prepare the necessary items in compliance with production planning and Nando’s operational requirements;
To ensure the station’s stock management;
Must follow health and safety protocols as well as Nando’s operational and health requirements;
To maintain the station’s overall cleanliness and tidiness;
to carry out opening and closing processes in accordance with established criteria;
In the absence of coworkers, undertake their responsibilities.
Administrative assistance to managers and other senior staff members.
Managing and prioritizing the team’s daily responsibilities and operations.
Appointments and meetings must be scheduled.
Keeping electronic and physical files and documents organized and up to date.
Incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence management.
Meeting minutes are taken and distributed.
Coordination of team members’ travel plans.
Responding to client and consumer inquiries.
Providing assistance with research projects and presentations.
Aiding in the coordination and tracking of projects.
Data entry and analysis are being carried out.
Assisting with report preparation and distribution.
Aiding in the creation of marketing and promotional materials.
Managing and reacting to social media profiles.
General office assistance, such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Providing assistance with event planning and implementation.
Assisting vendors and suppliers by acting as a point of contact.
Working with other departments and teams to finish assignments and projects.
Carrying out market research and analysis.
Assisting with budget creation and management.
Managing secret and sensitive data.
Ad hoc projects and initiatives are supported.
Helping in the creation and distribution of invoices and billing statements.
Taking part in training and professional development programs.
Other duties may be allocated by management.
